The New Mexico De Jure Assembly welcomes your proposal for  public or private restoration projects to improve the lives and well-being of New Mexicans.  This includes business start-up proposals that serve the public interest.

Before submitting your proposal, be sure to read our Resolution of One Accord and Conflict of Interest Agreement, as all funding we provide will be in accord with principles laid out in these declarations.

When you submit, please include a needs assessment describing in detail the problem you’re trying to correct or the benefits the project will provide. Be sure to address why it’s important this problem be solved or these benefits be created. Then propose your plan of action, including who will be working in your project, why you’re capable of executing the project, and the action steps you’ll take to put it in place and the funding you’ll need if the project is granted.

All proposals will be forwarded to the appropriate Restoration Committee for review and possible recommendation to be funded by the De Jure Assembly. Each Restoration Committee’s initial task will be to conduct a needs assessment for their area of oversight.  Because of this, as the Assembly gets started, preference for funding will be given to proposals generated by members within the Restoration Committees that are derived by the needs assessment of their committee.  If you have a good idea to help New Mexicans, we’d love to have your expertise and talent contribute to the process of identifying needs and prioritizing solutions. Please consider joining the New Mexico De Jure Assembly so we can highlight your good ideas within the Restoration Committees.

Please prepare a .pdf document that includes:
