About Us

The New Mexico De Jure Assembly is an association of people of like mind to restore the well being of New Mexico. In our effort to identify our state’s most critical needs, we have established Restoration Committees to create the necessary foundations for executing the best solutions that can improve the lives of all New Mexico residents.  We are dedicated to the restoration of our great state to assure the sovereignty of all New Mexicans.

Serving people with their basic rights in mind. We have consciously chosen to no longer wait for others to act on our behalf.  We chose to assemble at every geographic level so that we can, for ourselves, bring to life our abilities to solve the problems affecting peoples in our cities, pueblos, townships, counties and sovereign tribal nations as each area sees fit.

We recognize natural and universal law, as described in The Declaration of Independence for the Living Beings of Earth and The Resolution of One Accord, affording all of us our innate right to freedom, health, and happiness.

The Assembly

The purpose of the Assembly is to promote greater self-governance by working together with New Mexicans who know their communities and deserve the power to represent, improve, protect and nurture them.  Our job is to bring project based funding to our residents—projects from the local to state level that improve the lives and protect the rights of every single member of our extended family of New Mexicans.

Restoration Committees

Our Assembly currently has 11 committees dedicated to restoring health and prosperity to our land and our people. You can become active on any of these committees by joining the New Mexico De Jure Assembly. Our committees also evaluate public and private proposals that improve the quality of life.

Current Projects

We welcome your proposals for  public or private restoration projects to improve the lives and well-being of New Mexicans.  This includes business start-up proposals that serve the public interest. Before submitting your proposal, be sure to read our Resolution of One Accord and Conflict of Interest Agreement, as all funding we provide will be in accord with principles laid out in these declarations.
